All this in the evening? Anything for during the day?
I got cured from herpes virus all thanks to Dr Osade on YouTube
How a dr spreading this fake nonsense.
Before anyone gets mad, let me explain.
Turmeric is wonderful, I use it every day my self to treat a variety of pains as I had my abdominal aorta severed by a surgeon on accident and I have suffered from chronic inflammation, scoliosis, and a recently placed stent in my critically stenosed celiac artery, fibromyalgia, and all due from this procedure. Because of this, I have seen every Dr in my state, and I have spent thousands of hours trying to learn about the body to better my self. I am not saying that the boat, just to explain why this means something to me, and I am not just yapping nonsense. Take it for what you will, but here is my current-documented notes on turmeric with BioPerine and why I was advised to not take it.
While BioPerine is often added to turmeric/curcumin supplements to boost absorption, research and case reports suggest it may pose health risks, particularly with regular or high-dose use.
🔹 Liver Toxicity: Bioperine greatly increases curcumin’s bioavailability, which can overwhelm liver detox pathways. Multiple case reports (including one published in the American Journal of Medicine) link turmeric-piperine supplements to liver injury — some cases involved fatigue, nausea, jaundice, and even death.
🔹 Kidney Effects: Animal studies have shown high doses of BioPerine may harm the kidneys and urinary tract. Although more human data is needed, it raises concerns for long-term safety.
🔹 Drug Interactions: Bioperine inhibits liver enzymes like CYP3A4 and P-glycoprotein, which can dangerously increase blood levels of certain medications by slowing their breakdown.
The idea that “black pepper is always good with turmeric” is a half-truth. For many people, especially those with liver or kidney issues, or those on medications — supplements containing BioPerine may do more harm than good.
I am not hating, but I don't like surgeons who don't tell the whole story and misinform. If an elderly person with certain conditions, especially the liver or kidney, this could critically hurt them. I respect the Dr for trying, but I oppose from doing that and just stick with Turmeric and curcumin (high quality) and try as hard as possible to stay away from fructose. Fructose does so many things, lol.
If you read this, I mean zero disrespect.
Do you just eat the fennel seeds or do put them in something?
What about Cumin sweeds? Can it help if a pinch is taken after dinner ?

If you’re struggling with this, Pitta balance from Planet Ayurveda could offer real improvement.
Mastic gum reduces inflammation and helps so much. Also bakig soda and Buteko breathing- holding breath.
It's difficult to trust you. Last two days, I've watched more than 10 videos, and in every single one, you keep changing the herbs for gout.
No pills?
