From my personal experience, having suffered from anxiety and depression for a long time, I can say that when a person falls into such a state, they simply freeze. They do nothing, and it went on and on, until I read Manifesto version 2.0 where I laerned about daily micro actions. And i started evrey day with some positive activity, which subcosnciously affected my psyche and I woke up from that state. Of course, those thoughts appear, it's simply a disease of the 21st century and we all suffer from stress and anxiety, it's a disease of today's society, unfortunately. We just have to learn to control it

I don't get a lot of exercise; I just do all the things ordinary people do; but I practice breathing and meditation. My mental and physical condition are excellent for someone my age who has so many medical conditions (all controlled). My diet is excellent. It's healthy and I like the foods I eat. I don't drink fruit or vegetable juice because the fiber is taken out by juicing. I prefer green drinks. And, my colon is empty every day.

Making ash guard soup is easier for me, I don’t have tool for making juice. Is soup ok? I have it’s soup often but unable to make juice 😩😊
