is it sam efor fruit suggar ? aka apple n etc, or do i cut those out too , im already tryna be on cal defficite n apples are my go2 for when im hungry as fuck for a snack n diet coke sometimes n water , dk if i should cut them out too n just thug it out ,
idk whats wrong with me because I cut out sugar for one week and i didn’t get any craving until like day 5 and i had so much less energy and i literally got sick on the last few days and i ate soo much fruit and vegetables and my skin got so much worse😭😭
I'm 9 days into a no sugar challenge for 30 days and I feel fine. I havent had any cravings even when theres a bunch of chocolate all around my house. Remind me and I'll update you on it
Actually, natural sugar is very important. And actually, the less you eat, your metabolism actually slows down, so when you eat again, you will gain weight. Also there's almost nothing that doesn't contain some sort of natural sugar

Cutting out sugar completely (this includes natural sugar like the sugar found in fruit) also makes you experience no joy!
