    ok but you literally found the way to do the least possible exercise. You're doing anything to not walk. This reminds me of those little vibrating machines from the 80s you stood on and it "made you lose weight"

    like girl do a real workout that machine is not gonna do the trick

    Really want one!! I love hiking and walking outside but I live somewhere where 110F can be a cool day. And I’m not comfortable walking in the dark alone!! Anything to get more movement in!
