I do not eat any veg can't stand it, I was basically a rice and pasta eater before D2, So:- Basmati rice I can eat, as it is long grain and breaks down slower so doesn't spike the sugar, I eat pasta as I live in a country that hasn't heard of D2 friendly pasta, I've had to learn to eat less (not a bad Idea anyway) Chocolate:- I was a complete addict so dark chock is survivable, also Zero sug drinks are getting better! Forget measuring and weighing Just gradually eat less and chicken works as a good filler, Watch sauces though as there are some with a ton of sugar, If you can eat veg and rabbit food good for you if you can't you can survive.

If you want to keep your blood sugar levels controlled, keep your carb intake under 20g per day. Don't eat after 6pm to minimise the dawn effect.
