I’m a doctor and I don’t recommend carbohydrates for this modern life. Cut out your carbohydrates and specially sugar. Eat more protein. Protein is expensive right , but protein is better for anything like muscle growth.. stop drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes. drinking alcohol may damage your liver and more calories. Smoking cigarettes make you cancer and lack of sex specially for men. I wish you all the best from Poland 🇵🇱
