I’m around a month in for weight training right now. I’ve been gaining some muscle so far, and making sure I’m consuming enough protein daily as well. I haven’t been doing much cardio, since I have around 15 to 20 percent body fat.
I would like to lose that belly fat in the future. If I’m trying to gain muscle (I look like a twig) and lose body fat, how often should I do cardio (run a mile, etc) per week?
Btw, I am actually underweight so I’m trying not to get even lighter. (95-100 lbs at 15)
What about kettlebell training? I've managed to build muscle, obviously not massive gains, but that's not what I'm looking for. I use heavy enough kb that my muscles get sore, but also my heart rate goes as high as when I run
