    Or just brush your teeth? Some people said it's not very good to do because in the morning the ph level in the mouth is low since you haven't been eating food. So brushing in the morning is not recommended since it might damage teeth. Is that why the video method?

    Having being battling with Acid reflux and bad breath from the stomach for years, I almost lost my self-esteem because my condition was horrible, I couldn't speak in public places.
