this is great and definitely very healthy, but it literally costs an arm and a leg to eat 30+ differeny plants a week. It's frustrating because I do notice a difference in my energy when I eat more vegetables, especially if some are raw.
Mucky food = mucky pooh. If you make the food crispy crunchy and retain the fibre structure, almost nothing but bran comes out the other side. Proof that overcooking food ruins your microbiome.
