What I eat in a day with ADHD: Breakfast: Don't know her. Lunch: Considered her, got distracted. Dinner: Ohfuckohfuckohfuckohfuck I haven't eaten all day, time to try to stuff the minimum amount of calories my body needs to function in a day into one meal Midnight: I'm gonna do better tomorrow.
I need advise to do 1,400 calories. I’m on my first day and I did 1,622 calories but I want to lower it. I feel like I should eat less food but I know that’s not good so I’m thinking about eating more vegetables. But if ya’ll can give me tips I’d greatly appreciate it.
That calorie count is weird.. When i was on a diet .. doctors used to put me on a calorie deficit of total 1100-1200 cal per day I used to be hungry all the time and failed.. Interested to know that you can stay that fit with a high calorie intake..
Bruh I eat 4k cals lately too since I became active with muscles. I live life and feel like on top of life, I love chicken, beef, steak, goat mostly meats and fishes, at the end of the day something sweet in moderation on the side is good
As a person trying to recover from an ED and has had a bad relationship with food since i was a kid, seeing you eat three nutritious meals a day plus snacks is so comforting. Thank you.
