    You have to get up without using your knees
    That is the real fitness test

    I'm 68 and it was easy. That said, I know a lot of guys who cannot do the Asian squat, and if they can, their heels are up and not touching the floor. You gotta have both feet flat on the ground.

    Easy. I can pop into asian squat without the knees. 😂. I trained for this because i had posterior tibial tendonitis which weakened my ankles. I work on this everyday.

    This test is utter rubbish, all it tests for mobility. I know plenty of people that can do this test but then unable to do a single pull-up.
