Im 14 years old and 63.5kg or 140lbs, 5โ9 and im skinny fat and iโve just been doing cardio to try and lose fat but i just look softer and undefined, should i start to eat more protein and start building actual muscles? Like going on a bulk?
one big issue I got after going from 100kg overweight to 68 kgs is that I made a huge mistake not lifting weights. that caused me to look malnourished. so my advice to people that are or want to lose weight please add resistance training in your journey it will help alot
I'm 128kg with 95kg muscle mass. Coming off the back of a long term injury which stopped me from training for a few years. What's the best method for me to get back in shape. I still have a lot of muscle mass however a lot of fat now also.
would you recommend cardio of weights or a good mixture?
