I’m 67 years old and these videos have been a great help, thank you.
Thank you very much
I am only 50 but in the last year and a half I have developed Osteoarthritis Degenerative disk deterioration and severe Scaliosis and possibly rheumatoid arthritis. Haven't found a pain killer that works without knocking me out lol. I'm going to start doing these even though I get up every day and walk around my house. Most days I am bed ridden and can't move from the pain. My pain levels are always around a 8-10. Getting into bed is a nightmare. Definitively can't walk unassisted anymore either.
Got my mom doing it today she can’t keep up all the time. If you could go a little bit slower. Just a thought I have. Thank you I think this will help my mom 😁
Love this for my mom
i like it
Broke my left ankle in June 2025. Apart from the pointing toes and circling ankle on my left foot, I could do everything. Thank you. Good class.
I really liked this workout. Thank you.
Great I'm a senior with arthritis and replacement parts. This is a really good program thank you
A truly valuable resource. The clarity and gentle pacing demonstrate a deep respect for the audience, which is commendable.
Your work touches on a fundamental connection that I love to tackle in my own content: the link between physical autonomy and our sense of purpose. We often discuss diet and exercise in terms of longevity, but perhaps the more crucial conversation is about dignity and agency. How does maintaining the simple, profound ability to move our bodies freely shape our capacity to engage with the world, contribute our wisdom, and author our own final chapters with intention?
Thank you. Very good I just subscribed …again merci beaucoup my first exercise in the early morning with the sun….Best exercises for some of US Seniors…boomers let's go….
Loved this. I’m an aging cerebral palsy and fell last year and broke the better side and shattered my hip and femur. Just getting back into doing yoga but it must be easy yet work all muscles and especially my core! Been a very hard tough year to even get waking again but with a walker. But I liked this one a lot as it is slow and easy to watch you and do the exercises and I have 3 lb weights for each arm. When it hurts skip a time or two of reps. Mostly did it all. Have weakness on my whole right side from the CP but have learned at 74 to really read my body! Thank you for this video. I had tried a few others but they are a bit too fast. This is a great one. I didn’t catch your name though! But I put it in my save and in my messages!
Thank you!!
I started your exercises yesterday. I read some of the comments and it gives me hope. I'm 76 will be 77 in August. I fell and broke my upper arm in January 2025. I'm very weak in my legs and arms. I will try these to see if they help me. It can't hurt!
Thanks Jules. GBU.
Thank you ❤
very nice
That's a really important point you made about if it's causing pain then don't do the exercise. For beginners, how can you best tell the difference between mild discomfort from stretching and actual pain that means you need to stop?
"Great exercises! They help improve flexibility and reduce joint pain effectively."
Really enjoyed this experience!!Thanks so much
This is wonderful. thank you so much.
Do you do exercise for people are in spinal injury. Love ❤️
I would like you to do knee strengthening exercises. I have to have knee replacement surgery, and my doctor suggested it.
These exercises are effective.
Thank you very much 🙏
Your classes are wonderful 😂
