the initial meaning of cyberpunk refered more precisely to the person and her style of living. Cyberpunk refered to a inhabitant of the future, with cybernetic enhancements, and inclined to crime for money. Cyberpunk is a more romantic and cool way of saying "sicario" . The cyberpunk is a lowlife criminal with little morals, and a disposition to comit the most heinous crimes just for the thrill, the gang and the money.
Wow! I heard about HEALTH through some reactions/reviews of THE DEATH OF PEACE OF MIND album by Bad Omens, talking how some songs sound like HEALTH's music. And I got curious, because Bad Omens is my favorite band. Now I get it. Noah was inspired by HEALTH for the industrial sound 🥺 I love this! Makes me feel nostalgic but in a futuristic way (future nostalgia haha). Dystopian, depressing, I love this! I'm glad that I discovered you guys 💚

I’ve never been good at identifying with others, I feel socially rejected each time I try my hand in a relationship or friendship I’m told at some point or another or I hear it from others about how I’m a weirdo then I get a gut wrenching feeling that once again I’ll be alone and I feel so isolated I try my hardest to socialize and be not “weird” I’m unsure what goes wrong maybe I just choose the wrong people to surround myself with but I hate that I am always the one left to be another ornament on the shelf that people use and forget about I am at a point in my life where I think some people are designed at birth to be alone.
This is perfect soundtrack for a dystopian society. Lucky for us, we already live in one…
