FULL RECIPE: Ingredients: 1/4 sweet potato 1/4 cup chocolate chips + 1 tablespoon (separated) 2 tablespoons coconut milk
Directions: Bake the sweet potato whole with the skin on. (1 hour at 400 degrees F) For best results, let the sweet potato sit in the fridge overnight before moving on. It's okay if you can't do this though.
Peel the sweet potato and use 1/4 of it for the single-serve dessert recipe.
Melt 1/4 cup chocolate chips. (I use the Guittard chocolate, which has no sugar added and is 100% vegan.)
Blend the sweet potato and melted chocolate. Add into a silicon muffin tin or lined muffin din and form a little valley in the top part (you will put filling in here eventually)
Set in the fridge for 4 hours.
Once firm, take out of the fridge and melt one tablespoon of chocolate chips and mix it with coconut milk. Pour it into the valley of the cake and let it sit in the fridge for 2 hours. Enjoy right out of the fridge!
I was enjoying the video until you said Vegan. Anyone who has half a brain cell would know it’s Vegan from the ingredients list. Not everything needs to be an advertisement for an ideology.
How is the sugar-free when you put light when you put milk chocolate and you put milk? Chocolate is with milk so it’s not vegan and chocolate is not healthy and sugar-free unless you use dark chocolate but that doesn’t look dark😢😢
I just stuff a fig or date with pecan or walnut for evening treat if needed. I incorporate a tablespoon of high cocoa content dark chocolate chips for breakfast.
Hey teenager here even after I eat a large amount of food, it maximum takes 20 to 30 minutes and then I become hungry again and I start been reading and I have no idea why even though it a lot volume of food I get hungry really quickly is it a good or bad thing please guide me❤

Or you could kill the sugar craving with a dill pickle
There is milk in the chocolate chips so they're not vegan
But Emmie what chocolate do u use as mine has sugar xx
chocolate is not vegan due to one of its main ingredients being milk
