Day 0 : My Blood Pressure was 155/90 due to stress and WFH routine
After 2 days with this exercise: Day 3: 131/75 Day 7: 125/73 Day 10: 117/75
This is just awesome, i figured out why my Blood pressure was not reducing previously even though i had good diet, it was the technique and some intense workout needs to exculuded.
Noew this 30 mins will be my morning routine for rest of my life.

Today is 5/25/25 in NY. I'm a truck driver who sits on his bun for most of the day and most of his career. Last I weighted myself was 258 a few days ago. My highest was about 300 ( many years ago) and lowest 225 ( also many years ago). Nowadays my biggest concern is my BP. Its been much higher but recently due to diet changes (Carnivore),fasting , meditating and deep breathing I've managed to get my BP to consistently between 150-170 ish to almost always below 90. I need to take a D.O.T. (department of tranportation) physical in a few weeks. MY BP must be lower than 140/90 to pass and get my one year certification card so I can drive legally. I've been subscribed to you for a while now but never took action. I just completed this video forf the first time and first thing in the morning. I feel great and I'm appreciative of it. I'll keep you posted of my progress. MyBP this morning minutes after your cool down was 149/84 right arm, and 149/92 left arm for some reason the left arm is always higher. Thank you again for this video. I'll do it again later tonight and every morming possible.
