I would highly recommend undercooking salmon – overcooking it will make it taste "dry", but since this is a meal prep for multiple days, if you undercook it, you leave yourself some room to "finish" cooking it when you reheat it for another meal.

Love it, man. Not a vegetarian, but I always have lentils and chickpeas in my fridge as well. They add lots of protein and nutrients to your diet, and go well with anything.
Im impressed and really wsnt to try out. Still have a few open questions though. Do you keep them in the fridge and eat in a week? Do they still taste good? And more important, are they even good to eat?

For those curious about the Catalina Crunch cereal, the cinnamon toast flavor is my favorite and is available in a Family Size bag at Target. The dark chocolate version, however, is terrible. I do not recommend it.

Never ever not even then, but anything HOT in the fridge.. and you are doing it all the time… Never do that.. google it and see why it's not good to do something like that !!
