You are gonna eat rice. Just replace your rice with lentils. Boom. Protein shake, 8oz chicken, pot of lentils. 36 grams of protein in 2 cups of cooked lentils. 64 g protein with 8oz chicken. Depending on your protein shake, 2 scoops for a single shake can easily hot 60g of protein.
And of course all the other crap you'll eat from fruits, veggies, and snacks. Like you AINT gonna have some greek yogurt with some berries? Cmon now.

I'd say a good way to hit your protein, is to focus in getting 70% from protein rich sources like powders and meats as he stated. Ignore the other 30%, all the little add ons to your meals should quite easily cover that remaining amount.

150g of protein is overkill for most people, the average guy needs at most about 115-130g of protein, protein is great but you need only about 0,6 or 0,7 g of protein per pound of body weight, so a 180 pound guy needs at maintenance about 120-130
In Taiwan some online vendors sell frozen ready to eat sous vide chicken breast. I buy 100 bags monthly with each weighing 100 g and containing about 25 g of protein. It is so easy for me to reach 150 g of protein other right now and the sous vide chicken breast is just so tender and come with many different flavors.

Honestly it’s not hard I’m cutting right now and still hitting 170 grams of protein at least every day and I’m just 5’8 and 170lbs. Drink protein shakes, eat lean meats, get snacks that are high in protein and most of the time you don’t have to stress at all abt hitting 170. 150 at a minimum for off days

I have the necessary amount based on my ideal weight and the fact that I don’t actually workout I work to much legit can’t so I focus 100% on my diet I have 1.5-1.7 grams of protein per kg so between 175-200g per day I’m on the high end of protein almost all the time because like I said don’t workout when I do I have about the minimum amount of protein, whatever carbs and fat I want as long as I’m under 2650cals and it’s worked I’ve lost 31.4kgs in 21 months.
