Well, let me tell you, sabko juice and fruits suit nahi suit karta on fasting. It doesn’t suit me at all. And stop spreading this half-baked knowledge. You should be aware that everyone has a different body type as per ayurveda, and each body reacts to food differently. This constant juice thing you kept saying is weird. And you know nothing about Mother Nature.
I back this observation as I have used CGM to notice the glucose spike happns after eating this and not just this to blame but we tend to put potatoes as well which carries its own carbs. So I agree it is not healthy. Anyway fasting these days are for eating street food potato chats only, asking "bhai isme shendha namak hai?" 😀
I never understood this type of fasting- eating and telling everyone its fast- your body needs fasting without “Food”. The way Muslims does. Please check the scientific evidences on it. The least best way is water fasting

It's better for everyone that food advice to be based on Ayurveda not just modern day food science. Eg South Indian Veg food is based on Ayurveda. We follow that diet whatever new practices may say. Just because it's natural…..everything can't be consumed just like that. We have to consider the person's prakruthi or doshas, location, availability of food locally etc.
