Thank you so much! This made me realize I was overthinking it. After getting with my ex-girlfriend a year and a half ago, my eating habits have become incredibly poor and I've basically been starving myself! But the new year is here and I'm cutting out the bad, and getting to work with the good.

I went no carb and it was so bad for me. But as soon as I strat to eat carbs again, like bread and rice, I put on weight in the drop of a hat. I am not very mobile. Hard to know how to get the crabs in – more than just with vegies and fruit – but not put on weight. Its hard to cut crabs down to like two Tbsp instead of 1/4 cup of oats for example, when you hungry.
