    Pre soak leafy green in water with 10ml of vinegar and leave it for 10 to 15 mins..and then wash it well 2 to 3 times..

    Guess it should do quite well

    And yeah cook and eat.. dont be a cow.😂

    We have always cooked our leafy green vegetables. Then the era came which started to tell that the way we've been eating from ages was wrong , including leafy green vegetables. Now, I'm understanding that our old methods were never wrong, our ancestors knew what they were eating and why.

    Hmmm than i think I'll have to eat raw washed sand because everything is causing something.. it's soo much frustrating while I'm on calorie deficit diet, I'm trying hard to lose weight.. whatever I'm eating right now.. every thing comes in reels with prescription of not eating… 😢😢

    Eat raw what is supposed to be eaten raw like fruits.. rest of it needs cooking.. some more like pulses grains and some vegetables while some need less cooking like leafy greens peas.
    Even when people suggest some vegitable juice like lauki juice or ashgourd juice or beet root or carrot juice or karela juice .. Please blanch it in boiling hot water before u drink it. up as juice

    It is so ridiculous when people post that extremely healthy foods make contain parasites. All things may contain parasites. Oh my gosh, downvote this person and never watch their videos again. They are less than useless to the world. I'd get my car trying to sell gimmicks. Probably I couldn't stand it after the nonsense. There's some great parasite cleanse products out there. If you've never done it, take them for 90 days then do it once a year for 30 days. I don't want to give specific recommendations but I have my favorites. Don't listen to morons. Eat more green vegetables. Anything is better than the poisoned pseudo foods you're being sold in boxes and at drive-thrus wake up to the crap you're being sold by the people selling it to you
