    Sugarrrrrrr raises/spikes your glucose, which in turn causes inflammation. INFLAMMATION is the root cause of every disease known to man from skin, joint issues to cancers. Come on. Cancers NEED sugar to grow. It's not the calories you need to watch it's the sugar! Learn!! Jeeesh!

    That's all fine and dandy, BUT you just can not cut out calories! Calories=Energy.
    For a male, he needs about 2,500 calories daily and a female 2,1000 daily. I am not a dietician by any means! But you CAN cut calories!
