"Just go to bed" that may be the best piece of advice i've heard in a long, long time. I find myself staying up waiting for something that i /hope/ will happen and it almost never happens. If it's going to happen, you can deal with it in the morning

Ngl, leggings are possibly the worst athletic wear one could get. They’re purely cosmetic and for the male gaze.
Optimal is flowy shorts and top. A sports bra might be your best option as a woman, but tight clothes inhibits work ability.
And before you girls get defensive. Yes, a man wearing compression t shirts is the same concept.
Ironically, being naked is better than some options. You want least restriction + most airflow.
I say this as a rugby player, boxer, marathon runner and medical professional.
