So day1:okay It was tough but not too much me bcoz from 1 week I was doing other exercises also consistently so see I didi 60 repes and this i did in morning and at evening I will do other exercises if want u all can download the app to do other exercises I am doing it app like weight loss in 30 days in this app plans are given from that also u all can do for today I have done let's see i can br able to continue this series okay thank u bye 👋 all
