Just turned 50, my prof pic’s current. I bike to work 3x a week, total 12 kms. At home, I use a mini stepper, mini resistance bands, dumbbells, whatever, 30 mins. Per session. Oh, and I just got promoted at work. In short, Wendy sure is telling the truth! 💪🏽💪🏽

When you exercise, your brain releases chemicals like endorphins and neurotransmitters, which can improve mood and cognitive function. Exercise also increases blood flow to the brain, promoting the growth of new brain cells and connections.
One thing I'd like to start doing to boost my brain function is incorporating daily aerobic exercises, like running or cycling, into my exercise routine.
