i just made this and its actually delicious! i just made a little too many chickpeas but thats fine as its really good for later. I recommend making it with a regular tortilla thats grilled up for like a minute or two
A little bit brown Sugar , , lemon juice , a little bit oil, and herb I prefer , help most of the time when I cook example chicken and rice , etc. or a little bit flour and herbs or spice and breadcrumbs , that I make for me and a little bit oil and milk , like white sauce with less milk for frozen vegetables broccoli , etc sometimes , also helps me
Anytime you prepare what you call a healthy meal you absolutely need to add quantities of ingredients(spices unneccessary) and the cals and macros for the meal

You forgot the raw red onions, otherwise great
Regarding your content, be specific with spices and timings
when you heat up the pita, i would suggest putting it under a damp cloth or just wrapping it completely in a damp cloth so it doesn't dry out
Btw, about the chickpeas:
You can also stick em in the over at 190 c for 35 minutes, and they'll come out crunchy and smooth inside
So basically a chicken gyro?
Using zaatar and not speaking against the genocide happening at the moment by IDF is criminal. Shame on you
Especially because plain chicken, rice and broccoli isn't even healthy in the long run
It just has good macros
Heating that olive oil doesn't sound good. It can break that mono unsaturated CIS fat in to trans fat.
Try washing or cleaning your chicken first and lose the chickpeas๐๐๐๐. you're welcome โค๐๐๐

That wrap is not healthy !
I wouldn't call zataar a spice mix rather a herb mix
