    100 gm raw Green gram contain 24 gram protein. if it boiled then reduce to 9 gram. Same to all lentils , Pulses

    1 Egg🥚 – 5-6gm protein with 6 rupees

    Soya chunks (100gm)- 36gm of protein with 20 rupees

    Peanut 🥜 (100gm) – 26gm of protein with 40 rupees

    Green moong daal (100gm)- 24gm of protein with 15 rupees

    Black chana (100gm)-20gm of protein with 30 rupees

    Curd (100gm)- 8-10gm of protein with 10 rupees

    Panneer(100gm)- 18-20gm of protein with 40 rupees
