Eating raw leafy greens may raise oxalate levels in the body, they need to be lightly steamed at least. Even seeds need to be soaked before consuming. Soy beans are not healthy because of the way they are grown. Just because something is vegetarian doesn't mean it is healthy. I had been a pure vegetarian for about 7 years and it really damaged my health.
I agree with your all tips but for high protein we should know that plant based protein is not wholly digestable in our body because our digestive system doesn't have enzymes to extract protein from lentils and all as per for horses and other animals they have those enzymes that extract protein from even grass so humans should understand the importance of meat. Respectfully I am not disrespecting any religion and did not intend to hurt the sentiments of vegans.
