    Single serve recipe:
    INGREDIENTS:
    2 tablespoons almond flour
    2 teaspoons maple syrup

    DIRECTIONS:
    1. Mix the ingredients together.
    2. Bake on a lined cookie pan
    at 350F for 12-15 minutes.

    I normally enjoy more than one cookie (or three), but with these I was satisfied with just one! The combination of the cooked maple syrup and the subtle almond flavor from the almond flour, was really good!
    Sometimes "healthier" cookies lack sweetness, but this held it's own, without being too much. Well, it started being too much when I was halfway through a second cookie- but, to be fair, I was ignoring my body's satiety cues- so that's my own fault! lol
    This is a great sweet treat! Thanks, Emmie!

    I used to eat this way and felt horrible all the time. It wasn’t until I started eating more animal based that I have felt so amazing! I’m just confused because I have been so invested in this way of eating in hopes it would help with my health problems and make me feel great. And nothing helped until I started animal foods. can someone explain why? Am I going to die eating this way lol? i’m genuinely asking. ❀
