Thank you so so very much Adriene! Thanks to your inspiration and wonderful teaching. I have committed to a regular, mostly daily home yoga practise for over two years and its thanks to you and your programmes. I have noticed a difference physically for sure (i was rocking the core today, something that i used to dread and hate but now do with a smile on my face!) but for me its been about connecting with my spirit and my breath (so this practise was spot on!) and how its carried off my mat into my consciousness, the way i treat others, deal with my emotions and being able to observe my actions and reactions on a daily basis. I thank you in my 'gratitude practise' i have at the end of every session in shavasana / meditation; you are in a star studded line up of the tools of yoga, the Universe and Spirit π So so much love to you and gratitude, keep up the amazing work sis*star, you inspire so so many people. This seems to be a signature move with her videos and I still find myself repositioning my foot several times into placement when I roll my foot from dorsiflextion to back on ground into lunge position . Iβll get it one day π

I was not ready for those pulses at the end π
I completed a month or so of gentle yoga for beginners and the 30 days of yoga course. Now I'm sampling Adriene's focused options. I've done 3 sessions of weight loss/ energy flow. Challenging for me. I'm 72, did yoga in my 20's for awhile. Now wishing I had kept it up…if onlyπ. I have two metal hips (ski accidents & arthritis) and metal rods/pins in one leg. So folks, anyone who thinks they are too old, or too broken for yoga, I have to say – just give it a slow, gentle try. You may be surprised. EMBER π₯ | October 11, 2025 | This practice is proof that strength building doesn't have to be punishing, but can be supportive and spiritual. I appreciate all the hammie love, although the core work was a little harder than usual today after yesterday's Fan practice. π Did this outside on a beautiful, sunny day which might just be the last of the season as a cooler system is moving in. π

EMBER 2025, day 11. Wow! My core is on fire, in a good way. π₯ This months yoga calendar, is definitely true to it's word ember. There is lots of fiery practices in this month, and I'm loving it. π I used to not like core practices, but now I'm finding I really enjoy them. It's funny how things change over time, and it's great to go back to a yoga practice I've done before, and see how much I've grown as a yogi. β€ Thank you so much Adriene, π I love doing your yoga practices, and today was another cracker of a practice. π§‘ See you on the mat tomorrow! Awesome practice for me this morning. Best one I've done in three weeks (several times a week). I have to modify many poses due to rotator cuff and elbow tendonitis injuries – but very doable with your beloved guidance. My breath work has improved and I learn something every time I follow you. Thank you!
I am just reconnecting with my yoga journey, haven't done it in 2 years, and this was my first at-home video (in the past I went to a studio). This was great, I want to try and lose weight and become fitter and happier generally, and this seems like such a great way to get back to doing that. If anyone can recommend more videos for this journey I am embarking on, that would be much appreciated!
