    Not everyone falls off the cliff at 75! Majority of Americans eat unhealthy and don’t exercise at all. Let’s be realistic. If you eat Mediterranean diet, improve your sleep , exceercise Moderately for at least 40 minutes a day, you’’ll save yourself lots of money. Just Another slick salesman, with good looks and Brooklyn bridge to sell

    It’s hard for me to get on board. I started on high blood pressure at 21. I am in shape and very active, my entire adult life. I now take 5 pills a day for bp, it’s very genetic. I take repatha, bc my cholesterol is genetic. I wasn’t born with the best genes for these important issues.

    Public Health will NEVER get behind this approach in that it places RESPONSIBILITY on the INDIVIDUAL for his/her own health. Chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease are preventable with exercise and diet. V/R

    My grandfather is 96 and he feels he may live up to 100. Having said that, he grew up in a farm raising cattle and eating food in its most natural form. He would get up everyday at 5am and get on his horse and care for his cattle. This was his life until a few years ago when he moved to the USA. What this Dr. is doing is awesome but the majority of us can’t afford this type of healthcare. So it’s up to us to be our own health advocate.

    Why is this so focused on women? On average they are already way more vigilant and health conscious than men. Men avoid exercise, eat badly, and drag feet on testing and preventive care. This regimen looks very sound, but there is way less friction in the market for women.

    100.000 plus is ridiculous,! Themain facts concerning longevity can be found in videos and postcards for free. All it needs is physical action, no processed food, some supplements, no perfectionism and healthy relationships… obesity and laziness is one of the biggest steps to overcome for most of the people…

    I grew up in the age of having a FAMILY DOCTOR, and my parents having their own business, we paid full price for visits. However, most of our family drs patients lived into their 90’s. So did my parents.
    I believe that the medical system is truly letting people down – with portals and having only 10 minutes w your dr.

    My parents @ 70 years old bought a new house (I thought they were in their 60s) they lived to see their 70th anniversary. My dad passed 2016 of heart disease, he was 91. My mom passed in 2018 of pancreatic cancer. They diagnosed her 3/4 months after & at 55 I had a breakdown bc she was my rock. She had little to no treatments and passed 15 months later at the age of 94. This is when you have a “family” Dr.
    One has a fever, ok, go around the back door and the Dr will squeeze you in!! Who “squeezes” people in… no one!
    I stayed w my mom pretty much all those 15 months & I lost 26 lbs – all my life we rarely had ANY junk food maybe ice cream.
    Today, in my house there’s salty taco chips, and purchased chicken salad…
    My sister passed at 77, 9 months ago of ovarian cancer but a yr prior she had her colon removed.
    She was scared of drs and rarely went unless she had a cold.

    I want to be able to live on my own, like my parents who NEVER looked their age! I have my dad’s knees getting arthritis and I tore my meniscus so that one thing I loved, walking has been tough. I’m the highest in weight I’ve ever been & at 63 that’s no good.

    How sad that it always comes down to money. If you have it, you can do something like this program. If you don't, you have to pay attention to what he does and make your own. It's all how motivated you are. He sounds great.

    This guys is the same age as me and he looks 10 years older! I have been vegan for 32 years. People just don’t wanna give up their corpse that is the answer!
    stop with the seafood and Chris Hemsworth will be fine. He will not get dementia if he stopped eating seafood right now . This is such a scam. This guy is scamming everybody. Do not eat more than double the recommended protein! That is ridiculous. You will get renal failure, kidney stones and gallbladder stones
    I’ll help you achieve a better goal and live longer for half his price !!!
    This is painful to watch !!

    He is saying it regular MRIs for cancer lol if you just eat a whole food plant-based diet you’ll never have to worry about cancer and you’ll have the longest longevity ever
