This helps me a lot
Consistent routine and repetition led me to rank number two on graduation.
Cutest smile. The dimples 🫠.
🔥🔥🔥
My fiancé is a MD and he scored top 1% in the country and skipped a few grades in high school cause he was advanced. He always told me that he studied even up till the day before the exam. He does read alot. I think that makes a huge difference
I procrastinate a lot, but when I practice before the exam I actually do well. The problem is the night before I try to revise everything in a very short time, and I end up mixing up even the basic information. I get above average scores but I compare myself to others and feel very bad about myself because I’m going to be a doctor and I want to be competent
ik socialising is a non negotiable, but what if i simply dont have any friends? idk why but so far, the people i've been surrounded with are the ones who are often really toxic (saying that i make them inferior for studying sm even when they were the one asked abt it, saying things like "not everyone is perfect like u" and generally just make a lot of snarky comments abt me and others too)im not generalising but a lot of them are still rlly immature.. so even if it's supposed to be a 'non negotiable', unfortunately, i dont have the luxury to actually socialise much.. studying kinda becomes an outlet for me to feel less.. lost and alone honestly
without taking notes I feel I don't have it yet however it is tiresome
I read years ago that the UK has labor laws that protect med students from being overworked like those of us in the US. Not sure how true that is, mind you.
I want Ali Abdullah video, please

💔
Where is the question bank and I AM A VET STUDENT !! IAM DONE MY FRIEND
I absolutely hate to admit it but I failed my first year on med school exactly because of burnout and excessive studying. I never went out, was always alone, way too much pressure. It was awful. I started to go up with my grades again when I started to have those small times to relieve pressure, when I allowed myself to rest
Thank you for this, there are so many crazy study tips out there, that having a simple study routine feels wrong and that you’re not doing enough compared to others, although it should be this simple.
But I don't get why he was telling us to just read one hour everyday
