    Started to follow this video in 2020. I think at time this video had about 35m views; now it is at 58m. I use a tablet to stream this video 4 to 5 times a week while watching TV at the same time. Great routine. Great workout.

    Starting exercise from today. Keep me accountable. Will update every alternate day. About me: 32 years old. Doctor has moved me off blood pressure meds and asked me to train my heart and body to adapt to the changes. Was wrongly diagnosed and had to suffer and medicate for 12 years.
    Exersice log:
    20/03/26- First Exercise. Did complete 30 minutes. Sweated too much and got dehydrated. Recovered after drinking electrolytes.
    22/03/26: Completed till 17 minute mark.

    I started doing this Feb 27, 2026 with starting weight of 67.30kg
    I'm now on my 20th day and currently weigh 63.75kg
    Been consistent everyday using this workout plus 40 minutes of dance and 1 hour hoolahoop

    My first day trying it. Tried it first earlier this morning, and I stopped at 6 minutes. lol gaaggahaahhaha. But then, I tried doing it again this afternoon, and gladly I reached 11 minutes. Hoping that I can reach 15 minutes tomorrow (2nd day)! I am currently 90 kg, goal weight is 60. 🙌🏻
