    Idk about her eating but she does seem genuine but if it doesn't work for you dont torture yourself.Whoever is getting influenced by "what i eat in a day" videos.. stop! Ones diet is not anothers, everyone has their own depending on their body, culture or parents. If the way you eat makes you think about it , then stop! Also even if the comments praise some of the eating habits , doesn't mean their the "best" or the "perfect diet". Different bodies are different.
