    I'd been adding milk to my coffee instead of creamer , and I'm doing it as far back as 30 yrs ago , nobody told me but I like the combi.

    Prayers, blessings, wholeness with our Heavenly Father GOD'S Will be done in Jesus' Name Amen. What would be the best way to determine what works best? I mean if I'm trying them on different days, how many days should I try each? Or should I try one suggestion each week. switch and try another one? I want to be able to be consistent and get the best results

    I'm 75 years old now . I drink coffee everyday since the year of 2007. Now I believe I have kidneys problem, and I also lost strenght. Both of my legs are shaky everyday eventhough I have a cane for support. What kind of supplement should I mix with my everyday coffee?

    I’m 65 and coffee has been my morning ritual for decades, but a few years ago I started noticing more stiffness and low energy in the mornings. My daughter suggested I try adding simple things like cinnamon and a little protein to my coffee instead of sugary creamer. Surprisingly, after a few weeks my energy felt steadier and my afternoon fatigue almost disappeared.

    What I like about this idea is that it’s such a small habit change but it can make a real difference over time. I’m curious though… has anyone here tried turmeric or chia seeds in their coffee and actually noticed benefits?

    I have. Been using cinnamon in my coffee for years I have very little pain in my hands or really anywhere, also cocoa in my coffee, Ialso use only raw honey in my coffee. I also make butter, honey and cinnamon toast about twice week. I am 91, will be 92 in June this year. I cook all my own meals from scratch, healthy, my hobby is baking mostly for others.
