"Healthy lifestyle" and it's just a systematization of your life, amied at "productivity", setting an alarm to wake you up, because if you keep sleeping you will miss your daily routine which you don't want, and also you sleep more because your body wants to replenish it's resources. And you still count proteins, carbs, fats, sugar, calories, which don't even exist at the first place. Just live naturally, eat natural food, for example fruits, non-pasteurized diary products, unprocessed meat from a naturally grown animal. Plants and vegetables are all toxic, they are not food. Of course, we can digest them(hardly), but it's an emergency function of our body in the cases of starvation and lack of food. Forgot to mention that there is a matcha coffee or whatever you neurotypicals get high from in your preview, which is highly toxic. Coffee is a toxin, matcha is even worse, cause its a plant.

Great video, but I have to share my story here..
I was never an attractive woman to men, I wasn't ugly, but I just didn't know how to behave.. I started educating myself about male-female relationships through various forums, friends and everything, but nothing helped me. I started reading a book that my best friend recommended to me. I was very disappointed in her for thinking that this book would change me. But I started reading, and it's incredible, but I really started to improve every day, not only in my problem with men, but also in my health and life in general.
At first I started behaving very badly towards men, manipulating them, but that was really good for me to relax with them and learn some things… After a while I found a guy with whom I was in a relationship for a long time, and now we are married and expecting our first child… I want to say that the book changed my life, as corny as it may sound, at first only in my relationships with men, but now my whole life, health and now I am completely in this self-improvement mode…. I wish you all the best girls and never underestimate a book like I did, I made a big mistake…
