    kuchh log kaha rahe sirf diet pe dhyaan do exercise ki zarurat nai hai, kuch kaha rahe exercise se metaboliic rate badhta hai, toh exercise pe dhyaan do khana peena chalte rahta hai. are bc diet pe bhi dhyaan do aur exercise bhi karo na, ek hi cheez thodi kar sakte ki ya toh exericse karenge ya diet pe dhyaan denge, sirf ek cheez karne se kuch nahi hoga, dono karna necessary hai.
