1. Protein (for muscle & tissue repair)
Animal sources: Eggs, chicken, fish, dairy (milk, paneer, yogurt)
Plant sources: Lentils, chickpeas, tofu, soya chunks, quinoa, nuts, seeds
2. Iron (for red blood cells & energy)
Heme Iron (better absorbed): Red meat, chicken, fish
Non-Heme Iron (plant-based): Spinach, lentils, chickpeas, sesame seeds, fortified cereals
Tip: Pair with vitamin C (like lemon, oranges) to boost absorption
3. Magnesium (for nerves & muscles)
Nuts & seeds: Almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds
Leafy greens: Spinach, kale
