Does your turd cutter have anything to do with how your gut is healthy or not?
This podcast has given me so much hope for improving my gut health, especially with the practical advice on incorporating fermented foods. Thank you, Dr. Huberman and Dr. Sonnenburg, for making complex science accessible and actionable! I'm excited to implement these strategies and see the positive impact on my overall well-being.
I eat all unprocessed carbs/vegetables but I cannot eat very many or I get severely bloated. So I do much better eating more meat and less vegetables.
I was here to get help with IBS, can anyone help me if they understood the podcast?
Didn't quite get anything in the first 23 minutes 😂
Can you potentially dive deeper into emulsifier effects and impacts like lecithins in chocolate? Somewhat unrelated but on the topic of additives it would be awesome to hear your thoughts on additives in vaccines and potential neurological impacts especially aluminum levels
Amazing information, thank you!!
They should talk more about kefir!!! Easiest to make and has the most CFU and strains!
Thanks so much for the insughtful episode! Can you make one on Histamine intolerance as well please?
Tx! Great video! One key aspect that often gets overlooked is how closely the endocrine system ties into gut health. Happy to hear about the gut-thyroid-immune connection plays a major role in metabolism, inflammation, and even autoimmune conditions, yet it's not always emphasized in medical discussions. Another crucial factor is the circadian rhythm—our internal clock directly influences hormone regulation, digestion, and immune function. The more we connect these dots, the better we understand true gut health!
Can I run this two hour and 41 minute podcast through AI to tell me what I need to do for a better gut in 30 seconds?
Brilliant podcast ❤
Brilliant thank you 🙏🏼🦎🌊🌺
The guest says “uhm” so that much that I couldn’t listen
Is there anything on GERD/acid reflux?

Those who want to restore good gut microbiome follow the ayurveda rule "An ancient indian medical system".
In my perspective It looks like a plant based diet propaganda. The only guest so far I don’t like.
He says the small bowel are a black box. Can’t they study the microbiome of the small intestine from people with ileostomies?
I have been going frantic trying to find out what is going on with my gut. I constantly get bloated and gassy after eating and I am oftentimes constipated. I eat relatively well: whole foods, fiber, proteins, fats, carbs yeah, you name it. Yet I tend to bloat and constantly pass gas that smells terrible and it makes me self conscious because I feel trapped. I chew my foods well, try to minimize swallowing air etc. I do not know what to do.
I think theyve done all the wrong studies. Why didnt they look at high fibre thats been chewd 20 times and then swallowed rather than cooked that is simply just swallowed.
I thought hudza only eat meat
Fruit that isn't high sugar??
6.66M subscriptions. Ominous.
Eat beef, salt, and water for 3 weeks and nothing else. Gut fixed. Mine was after over 20 years of "pregnant bloat" look, and I'm a dude. Crapped my brains out on day 11 and 12 (one time I was out in public, won't tell you the details but let's just say I'm banned from every Goodwill in the country now), had a flat stomach after that and digestion was off the rails. Mental clarity? I felt like I was staring at God himself. Do it, seriously.
Is there a micobiome in beards 🧔
"Thank you again for your videos. It took me a while to realize that my gut health was weak and that stress, anxiety, and a sedentary lifestyle were damaging my microbiota.
