For me i eat lesser rice and more veggies and meat, its still a healthy diet you don't need tovstarve yourself just need to find a good diet to follow that suits you❤
I suggest ( i will try it myself ) the first and second week i will be in a normal diet ( like not that strict ) but then i will try to make it stricter ( but not starve ).
Also i will be eating breakfast at 11am or maybe 12pm and lunch at 5 pm
Ill try to eat the breakfast as late as i can so i will be eating only 1 time a day

Question I'm not looking to diet but my eating habits are out of whack to the point most of the time i go all day without eating due to not being hungry until dinner around 7 or 8 at night I have no problem skipping one meal but the fact i tend to skip two worries me since i tend to lighthead or nauseous when dinner rolls around. Any recommendations so i can make sure i am getting a healthy amount of calories?

See, this is what I grew up eating so I guess I can thank my parents for giving me a balanced meal.
This is BS. A plate of cucumber is about 45 calories. A slice of bread is…66 calories. I don’t even know what that cup of brown stuff is.
