He so right they always say eat carbs in beginning of day this is false. When I eat just protein with avocado I feel less hungry longer versus when I eat it with bread or breakfast sandwich and I feel tired all day it sucks. So this is very very good advice I like this guy so far

Everyone’s different. A friend of mine is skinny, I’ve seen him eat two medium pizzas 4 burgers and fries in one setting. I’m husky because our bodies were made different.
He is absolutely right about having protein and some fats in breakfast, when i eat oats for breakfast, then go to the gym, I feel ravenous afterwards, but if i just have a cup of tea and two eggs for breakfast, i dont feel hungry until afternoon, hunger and cragings remain low for the entire day, protein in breakfast works like magic
