here’s a tip(just an opinion) If you want to lose a ton of weight, don’t fast all day or completely cut if carbohydrates because it deprives the body of its primary energy source, leading to fatigue and potential nutrient deficiencies. Carbohydrates are crucial for brain function, muscle energy storage (as glycogen), and are a major source of fiber, which is essential for digestive health. Extreme low-carb diets can also lead to side effects like the "keto flu" (headaches, fatigue, weakness) and may have unclear long-term health risks. So if you want to lose weight try to balance it like if you ate about too much carbs, try to balance it by eating fruits or try to eat about 50% less carbs than you usually eat.

I FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT. THANK YOU! For the past 3 weeks or more, I've been feeling tired most of the time. I get hungry really, really easily. Like 2hours after a meal. And I've also noticed that my body has been storing fat like crazy. I couldn't actually figure out what was happening. After watching this video, I actually realized how many carbs I've been taking this whole time. Now that I am aware, I hope I can get back on track!
This is the first time my autism has come in heady. I have weird routines for random things and I always have to eat things it that order like if I gat spaghetti I’ll first pick out the veggies and eat them then the sauce and then the spaghetti. 😂 honestly I’m happy it’s actually good for me
Please i ' ve question ❓ I walk for 45 minutes in the morning and I do 36 minutes cardio is that enough for weight loss and i also do some diet and cycling in the Evening

Bullshit it doesnt matter what order you eat in itll all go in and be mush in your belly
You don't even need to exercise after eating to slow down glucose spike, simply stand up, do the dishes or whatever for 20 minutes
