How do I lower stress?! I’m 14, and I worry overthink and Stress about almost EVERYTHING!! And I really cannot control it! It happens automatically and school is also just so stressful how am I supposed to lower it?!

Oh my god!! I needed that!! I always tried to convince myself that relaxation leads to non productivity and hence eventual failure, but what you said at the end actually helps a tonne and is an excellent reason to hold back and relax, I'm sure a lot of people needed this !! Thankyou Emmie❤

Tgats why abyone watches drs id assume so itvwould just help much norebif you could show the reason like u did here. Then followed by the remedy or how to handle and fix it or recommendations on tips how to start to help or just gow you would handle it yourself actually would be great. We look to doctors to see what they would do in the situation that we are having and how to go about it so vids like this are just sort of frustrating because we are mainly looking for a doctor to tell usbwhat to do to fix the problem Tgats what will keep us watching your vids , knowing that w.e symptoms we have that you always give us your inside reasonings on how to handle it and why etc. just saying and sorta frustrating seeing few drs just point out symptoms witch i get i have but drs are supposed to fix the prob.
