I watched part one and part two. I then sent both to every woman I know including my sonโs 19 year old girlfriend and her mother. I then sent the episodes to my son so he could learn how to support her. Part one made my 72 year old sister cry. She finally felt seen and heard and had an explanation for why her periods ruled her life and why at 50 her full hysterectomy was so traumatic. Everyone, not just women should watch these.
Im SO HAPPY they were all
Brought together. Amazing amazing podcastโค
Thank you for having these wonderful ladies on your podcast!
Thank you so much Steven n ladies for this sharing โค
you can give all the best advice in the world, but unless someone is willing to f follow it. It makes no difference. I nag women my age they need to do some weight exercises. None of them even exercise let alone pick up a weight. We're not an active culture.
I always thought I needed to be funnier, cooler, or better looking. Then I read Unfriendzoned by Zane Corvin. It showed me that real attraction comes from energy, not trying too hard.
Can't find the actual video, just this short???
There's more to this than just building muscle. By the time most women get a hip fracture, they've already out-lived their male peers who had more muscle mass.
Yessโฆ tuning in after work. Iโve wanted to have this information for so long!!!
Zuhรถren ist leicht- Krafttraining ist hart!
Vielen Dank fรผr das wichtige Thema!๐ค
This is a good example of real womens empowerment.

This guy is amazing How does he get people at the top of their game to appear on his podcast
Need to get rid of my washer and pull out the washboard. We aren't working as hard physically as our grandmothers did. Walking everywhere, making bread by hand, the list goes on. We're lazy

Now i know this is the time to not be sharing benefits with toxic women ๐ thank you, the dating scene is that cruel.
Thank you ๐๐
My wife has been struggling with health issues over the last year, loosing nearly 100lbs in the process. Most people hear that and just go, "Oh good for you!" and I want to scream at them. I've seen her rolling off the walls trying to get to our crying son because she was just so weak, and everyone thinks "if number goes down: good."
Yes!!!!!!!! These topics are so important for the promotion of "real" women's health. Can't wait to watch!
I'm Sooooo appreciative that there is intentional research and conversations about the aging woman!!! The vast information i share with my boomer mom (1950s) is mind blowing…. like it simply was UNAVAILABLE in her perimenopausal years!!! Way to go for advancing this topic ๐๐ฝ ๐๐ฝ ๐๐พ ๐
Background music is so cringe man
Why are you degrading your content by putting out these ridiculous shorts? The full program was brilliant!
๐๐ Women weren't always in such bad shape,
Oh YES!!!! Yes! Yes!!! Yes!!! Thank you!!!!
As a woman, thank you!!!
BEST PANEL EVER ๐๐๐ Thank you for putting these amazing doctors together.
Listen, we have been told to be/stay small (and weak) our whole freaking lives. Of course itโs come back to bite us in the arse. #strongisbeautiful
I think also women are conditioned to care for family and others but not themselves. Also guilt is placed on women who take time to exercise and self care ๐ฎ
I could go on
But u would think in 2025 with the internet and technology women would be far advanced and knowledgeable about their bodies and health
