    basically do the opposite what society does. They want to part and drink you don't do it. They eat processed junk and stress about everything, buy useless crap with the money they worked hard for, buy stuff just to fit in, watch mindless content and shows, don't excersise. Just do your own thing

    That was my story too then I gave my life to Christ and realized that in addition to those things, I was also battling spiritual and generational issues that needed to be broken off of my life.

    hii dear. it is true that a change in your diet as well as your daily routine makes a huge impact on mental health. But for some people, this is not an option. They should seek help from support groups or talk about their mental health. My friend also took a mental health program from a platform named solh wellness, and I am able to see the changes in him.

    I feel terrible that you experience this

    I was brought up what's so much love that there was love left over at the end of the day

    I was praised and doted after spoiled rotten with kisses and hugs and reassurance

    I thought that was normal

    I truly appreciate how my family treated me

    Consider looking at this video for example. There is two components to this experience. The screen and the thing we call "me" looking at it. Now where is all this happening.? Consider the following
    Scenario 1 : Let say you are watching the Wimbledon tennis on your TV.

    Q1. Where is the image you "see" located?

    a) In Wimbledon at the tennis courts just like for any other spectator that is at the courts.
    b) On your TV screen
    c) In your brain.
    d) some place else (if d) please explain)

    Scenario 2: Let say you are watching the Wimbledon tennis just as before but instead of the image getting put on a TV screen there are wires from a receiver that by passes you eyes and are connected directly to you brain.

    Q2. Where is the image you "see" located?
