Here’s my routine 1 – get up and drink water (similar and essential) 2 – read my bible and prep clothes/stretch 3 – skincare/teeth 4 – I eat breakfast/read 5 – change/jewelry/hair 6 – pack lunch (typically everyone else wakes up at this point) 7 – pack bag/hw/phone/headphones 8 – shoes and then I’ll like scroll through Pinterest outside at the end of the driveway while everyone is still getting ready bc I take care of myself before the hustle bc trust me, it’s real.

All these “glowing” people waking up to avocado toast with egg and exercising! They do NOT have a typical life! Mornings are a struggle for most people!

Simple every day things to take care of yourself that can make your life just a little bit better ❤ thank you. Showing that it’s back to basic, eating good, water, exercise, basic taking care of your skin. Nice to see it not be all over complicated and unrealistic. I really appreciate her and love reading how she has helped so many people. Keep it up and we love you girl!
