Who do not know these tips but today i realise that too much focus on health ,looking yourself in mirror several times in every angle to look fit ,giving extra effort to stay hydrated by drinking water even not required are the main cause of bad health . that stress when you think you are not fit in will destroy you both inside and outside so avoid extra focus on health if it distress you but if you love doing these then its fine iust keep in mind you are all ok

No. How to be healthy is to have balance and do what works best for you. Instead of having to wake up at 5am wake up when you feel good. For me, thatโs 8am. But itโs different for everyone. Instead of working out everyday, have rest days. Instead of only eating healthy, eat healthy but also eat what makes you happy. Itโs called the 80/20 balance rule. And thatโs what healthy is.
