The part about eating 1g of protein per pound of body weight is incorrect. Unless you are a bodybuilder who is trying to get shredded you don’t need anymore than 120-150 grams of protein a day
YES! I love this, I've been doing this for 6-7 months now on my weight loss journey (slightly different application, I know). I've lost almost 150lbs since last April and have almost COMPLETELY stopped ordering random food because I don't feel like I have to cook all the time anymore.

cooking rice is super easy. 1/4 cup rinsed rice. 1/2 cup water. bring water to a boil, add your rinsed rice, immediately put on low to simmer for 15-18 minutes. After simmered turn your eye off and set rice aside with lid on to cool off for a bit or dump into a big bowl immediately. Don't stir your rice while it is cooking at all.
So when you’re actively trying to lose weight but gain muscle, is the goal weight the amount of protein you’re supposed to eat?
I do:
200gr of meat
150gr eggs
150gr rice
50gr of Emmentaler cheese
100gr of oatmeal
300ml of milk
One scoop of powder

For those living in eastern Europe or Russia, the best meal to have on breakfast or snacks is cottage cheese 0.5% fat. It contains 20g of protein and almost no carbs and fat. It's very cheap and if you top it with jam or fruits, it's very tasty and you can eat up to 60g of complete amino acid protein (casein)!

Diet making
1)just maje sure you have 2-3 option in ur diet + it should be easy to cook to avoid laziness
2)calculate daily protein intake by formula . split in ur mulyiple meals
3) 3-6 meals per day. Everytime you give your body a good amount of protein .u give ur body a good opportunity to build muscle possible. more than range is useless
4)Try spliting protein evenly ( can be flexible)
