    My routine is 1 cup of water at 4.am , drink tea with less sugar (half of half tablespoon).eat breakfast at 9am .drink coffee /greentea at between .eat fruit at 12.30pm ,skip snack and eat dinner at 3 pm and rest is fasting .I never eat till i feel like a ballon eat small protien but mindfully .Following 80% full Japan's trick for diet
