I eat all.the protein I can, like chicken. Turkey, hamburger, stew beef,nuts, etc…but I can't eat steak, pork, allergic to shellfish. I do the best I can. One size does not fit all.

I use the apple cider vinegar instead of Tums. I started getting very acid stomach many hours later after eating spicy food. Now I do the ACV before I go to bed and no longer wake up in the middle of the night with acid in my throat.
